Every sector has a particular cultural and behavioral ecology. In this way, in the business education, and the management sector there are particular cultural and behavioral expectations. To improve learning experiences there are also have many approaches and methods. Cultural and behavioral expectations and peer-to-peer support also play a vital role to enhance a career in the future. After attaining these experiences, a student can apply them to his professional and personal life. A student also can analyze his current situation of these learning by using a SWOT analysis system that shows a student’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.

In business management, cultural and behavioral expectations are two basic components of a company. Every business education helps to maintain some specific policies, ethics, norms, values, rules, and regulations within the company. A cultural expectation refers to a set of policies, cultural norms, and values that are followed by all members of a particular company.

Cultural Expectations

Cultural expectations can influence members of the company in many ways, such as developing thinking power, enhancing working systems of members, increase motivating skills. Which business environment is good and which is bad that can be determined by analyzing the interior activities and cultures of the company. If a company has its particular policies, norms, values and the workers of that company know and abide by the rules then the company holds positive reflections. Culture always contains all outlooks of a company. There are many business cultures regarding performance.

The cultural expectation in business management is to make team-first culture. A company emphasizes making the best team to produce the expected results. There are five types of business management culture. Among them, the hierarchy is the first business culture. This culture also indicates seniority basis culture practice. The second business culture is a people-based or friendly culture that promotes collaborative teamwork. This culture also indicates the clan culture. The third business culture is the dynamic business education culture that emphasizes more creativity.

Competitive Culture

The fourth culture in business is the competitive culture that always tries to make more profits in their sector. Every company expects their employee to maintain some specific norms and values. Such as, an employee should try to show a positive outlook and respectful manner to the company.

An employee should focus on his work to complete in time and to maintain the best honesty to do the work. An employee should take responsibility for the company to complete any targets of the company and also be an effective representation of the company. Companies expect their employee to be accountable for the job where an employee is appointed by the company.

The company also expects the employee to attend in office in time and to leave office after working time. Moreover, the companies expect their employee to be professional as possible.

To develop learning experiences, these are various ways including practicing every day, engaging social and cultural groups, peer-to-peer support, and teamwork. Among these ways, peer-to-peer support and team working are the two most effective ways of enhancing learning experiences. Peer-to-peer support indicates being supportive to colleagues regarding their experiences with each other. In a group, all members are not in the same category. If a student helps his classmate to understand any lesson then his mate can get support from his peer.

Peer-to-peer support enhances to build up their qualities and experiences. To support mentally when a student or employee needed to cope with situations, to support an economic crisis. In these ways peer to peer support enhance the working experiences as well as qualities. Team Working Skill

Team working skill is a set of some other skills including,  effective communication skills among the team or groups, time management skills in the team as started working in time and complete in time also, the skill of problem-solving is needed to increase team working experiences. To work in a team effectively, it is very important to be a good listener as much as possible, the power of critical thinking is also a vital component to work in a team, the capability to collaborate in a team is very must needed to develop team working experiences, and the step of the team working experiences is to be a good leader in the team. Leadership skill improves a student’s team working skill gradually.

Without these components, a student will not be able to enhance team working experiences. Team working experiences are a must need to develop a career in the business education. A student must focus on this skill and should try to find out ways how can improve this skill.
